Pakistan's Elections and its Long Crisis

Amb Dr Raghavan is a former diplomat from the Indian Foreign Service. He served as India’s High Commissioner to Pakistan (2013-15) and earlier as High Commissioner to Singapore (2009- 2013). He is a historian and the author of Attendant Lords: Bairam Khan and Abdur Rahim, Courtiers and Poets in Mughal India, which was awarded the Mohammad Habib Memorial Prize by the Indian History Congress. His other books include: The people next door: The curious history of India's relations with Pakistan and History Men: Jadunath Sarkar, G.S. Sardesai, Raghubir Singh and their Quest for India’s Past.
